Planting with seedballs comes with many benefits.

  1. We have many different species to choose from. Not every plot of land is going to look the same, so we’ve got options. Longleaf pine? Check. Sunflowers? Check. Common blackberry? Check.

  2. Our seedballs increase germination rates. One way they do that is by providing nutrients.

  3. Another way they increase germination rates is by locking in moisture. Moisture is what essentially causes the seed to grow, which is why it’s so important.

  4. No matter what kind of seedball it is, those seeds are protected against predators. This also increases germination rates.

  5. We have constructed our seedballs so they provide a favorable microclimate (which, you probably guessed it, increases germination rates.

  6. We got to say goodbye to fumbling around with tiny seeds. At a size of 1 inch, our seedballs are very user-friendly.

  7. Speaking of user-friendly, there’s no digging around in the dirt required. Instead, we just drop the seedball where we would like our tree, flower, or grass to be planted.

  8. Seedballs have a rich history, dating back to ancient Egypt when they were used after floods to restore farms. With history on our side, we tested out multiple formulas until we found the best mixture so we can deliver you the best product.

  9. We have fun with this planting method. That means either methodically dropping each seedball exactly the same distance apart or throwing them so they land where they may.

  10. Seedballs are affordable. The pine seedballs only cost $1 apiece and the flower and grass seedballs are only $0.50 apiece.
